“My philosophy on cooking is starting with good quality ingredients from beef, seafood to vegetables and adding flavors that marry well with the meal. My style of cooking is Contemporary American, taking from some of the many cuisines that make up the U.S. from traditional favorites to Asian, Latin, Italian and Mediterranean. I believe there should be the right balance in textures as well to complete the experience.”

About “Chef Kaz”
Chef Siftar was previously the Head Chef at Marchand's Bar and Grill in the upscale Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club and was later promoted to banquet director. “Chef Kaz” is a creative, contemporary chef with over ten years of experience in leading hotels and fine dining institutions. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with an AOS degree in Culinary Arts. Chef Siftar also has television experience, appearing on several live cooking segments on ABC and CBS news.
